Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.
Pack and Ship
Securely place your electronics in their original packaging to ensure protection during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement gear will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
